Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I apply?
   • There are a couple of ways to apply for a position.
     1. Create a profile by clicking on "Submit an internal application form". Once you have completed and submitted your profile, you may search for job opportunities by selecting "Corporate" or "Internal Associates Only". Then search for a job by Division, Location, and/or Department and when you arrive at "You have not yet applied…" click on "Submit my resume for a job".
     2. You may view all open positions by selecting "Corporate" or "Internal Associates Only". Then search for a job by Division, Location, and/or Department. Once you have found the department you are seeking, you can select an available position by clicking on the job title (highlighted in red). Next, click the "Apply Online" button at the bottom of the job description. If you are a first time user, you will be asked to create a profile. If you are a return user, you will be asked to enter your username and password, and then click "Login".
2. How do I retrieve my username and password?
   • If you are a first time user, you will have to create a username and password prior to applying for any open positions.
   • If you are a returning user, you can retrieve your username and password by clicking "Career Center". You will be given six options to choose from. Select "Retrieve My Password" and you will be asked to enter your e-mail address (the same e-mail address you used to create your resume profile).
3. How do I view positions that I applied for in the past?
   • Click on "Careers" or "We’ve got the job for you". Then click on "Career Center" which is located to the left of the screen under the "Careers" section. You will be given six options to select from. Click on "Apply History". Next, enter your user name and password in order to retrieve this information.
